day 341 Transferred!

So i got Transfred to Espirito Santo do Pinhal in the Zone São João da Boa Vista its really on the other side of the map!! This week we had some fun times here in Pinhal i met lots of members. This Transfere will be a fun one cuz we dont really have any investigators to work with we have one who is going to be baptised this week so hopefully that'll go through. After that its going to be a lot of Door Knocking this week and prolly next week as well. So this is going to be fun... My new comp is Elder Picole hes got two months left on the mission so ill prolly gunna end up killing him!! Hes from São Paulo and hes 20 years old.

Did you get transferred?

Yes i went to Espirito Santo do Pinhal

Did you have a favorite talk?  I think I missed some but I think my favorite was from Elder Michael T. Ringwood...truly good and without guile.  That talk was on Saturday afternoon.  we were listening to it on our way to grandma bs.   So this Conference was a little lame cuz i didnt really pay the best attention cuz it was in Portuguese and its still a little hard to pay attention with English in the backround and then switch to Portugese again.

Did you get to listen to it all? In English?

 I watched the Second and Preisthood session in English then the rest in Portuguese which wasnt the best...

Where did you watch conference?

 So the First session we tried to watch in the Chaple here then the internet died and then we went to SJBV the stake center and watched the rest there. Then we had lunch with a member and we went over there and watched in Portuguese Lame...

How many kids in primary?

 about 8-9

Did you get my Easter package yet?

 No not yet...

Do they celebrate Easter the same as we do? like hiding eggs?

 No the Catholics dominate here and so on friday they carried the body of Christ around the city to all the Catholic churches and they all took turns carrying him (just a dummy for the body)

Didn't you ask for shirt money a couple weeks ago?  Did that family get you some?

 Yea so they did and the Temple ran out of my size so ill have to do it later but still have the money.

Did you celebrate with some ice cream last week for your 11th click mark?  Is their ice cream the same?  Or is like sherbet?  Or gelato?

 Didnt really do much to celebrate it... Lame i know

Did you know that today is really Jesus' birthday?

 Nope i didnt but now i do.. ;)

 Really sad that im gone but i'll get over it
